Description
Have you lost your motivation to workout because the Covid-19 shutdown has closed your gym and completely ruined your great fitness routine?  You are not alone.  All of our routines have been completely disrupted, and fitness is no exception.  Your favorite gym has closed, or your yoga studio.  You might not even be able to jog in your usual park!  Let me help you be one of the few who maintains their fitness throughout this very unusual time.  My name is Jonathan Zinck, and I am a Fitness Instructor with a Psychology Degree.  I've been helping people make difficult changes and through difficult times for 30 years.  In this course, I will show you the most powerful psychological tools for change that I have learned over the last 3 decades.
