workout/sadhana.

themselves 2 minutes of daily reflection on the Infinite Self and a daily
affirmation. The daily affirmations focus on thier inner Calm, Trust,
Worthiness, Renewal, Groundedness, Support, Abundance.

Parents will give
themselves 2 minutes of daily reflection on the gratitude they feel.

All parents of all ages are welcome to give themselves the gift
of meditation and looking within while social distancing..
Description
Dear Parents:
More than ever before, we are being called to be the stable
leaders our families need us to be. To pull up our inner resources and our
self-mastery to lead our families through these uncertain times.
I believe in you. I believe in me. I believe in us.
I offer 7 daily meditations for parents at home during the
social distancing and lockdowns due to Coronavirus. These 6-minute meditations
provide a daily sadhana/meditation practice for generating inner power and
inner security as a parent.
The daily sadhana/practice includes:
2 minutes of silence
2 minutes of reflection on the highest self
2 minutes of gratitude
2 minutes of reflection on the highest self
2 minutes of gratitude
